For New Clients

For Individuals

Your intake focuses on understanding your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy so I can begin developing a treatment plan that reflects what matters most to you.

Before your first session, you’ll create a client account, complete intake and consent forms, and submit them through the secure client portal.

For Couples

Your intake focuses on understanding your backgroupartner will create a client account and complete individual intake and consent forms. You’ll also sign a “No Secrets Policy for Couple/Family Consent” form in your portal.

Although you will have separate accounts, appointments are scheduled under one partner’s name for shared reminders. The intake process helps me understand your relationship dynamics, backgrounds, and goals so I can shape a plan that supports both of you.
